As a unique supplier in the organic pressed seed oil and essential oil industry, Earthoil manages its own grower projects - having a direct input into all aspects - from the employment of field officers to ensuring farmers are educated about organic fertiliser methods.
Earthoil currently runs three community grower-projects, one in Eastern Africa, one in Southern Africa and one in India. This is likely to grow in the next year with the addition of one or two other grower projects which are currently under review! In short each of these projects involves:
